I was wondering when the dear old wheat rust would raise it's head. And Uganda seems to have borne the brunt of it. The wheat rust is chewing its way through North Africa and into Asia. It'll be goodbye to super-size-me burgers if this gets into the West.

Also what they fail to mention is that the genetically modified wheat crops of today are very susceptable to any new pathogen. Hence this baby could spead like wild fire.
